What to do if the Anniversary Update is not showing up

Solution 1 – Make sure your computer is ready for the Anniversary Update

So, if you was a Windows Insider, and you opted out of the Insider Program, there’s a chance you check this option, and then simply forgot about it. The WUReset script also deletes the software distribution folder, so there’s no need to do it again. However, if you didn’t run the script yet, you should definitely try with deleting the Software distribution folder.
