You can install update KB4345215 by going to Windows Update and hitting the ‘Check for updates‘ button. Insiders haven’t reported any issues related to the download process, so everything should go smoothly. Microsoft is expected to release the Windows 10 Redstone 5 OS, also known as the Windows 10 October 2018 Update in the first or second week of October. So, with three more months to go, Slow Ring Insiders will start receiving new updates more frequently. The same is valid for Fast Ring Insiders.
