With this new feature, moderators of a group can send an invite link to other users. The invite link can be emailed, or copied and pasted anywhere else. Users who receive the link will be able to automatically join public groups or join private groups with the group owner’s approval. As Microsoft says this feature is for now only available on Outlook on Web. We have no further information about when and whether it will be available to other parts of the Office suite. As this feature is already available in the vast majority of other services, we can say that it was about time for Microsoft to implement it into Outlook. Most likely, Microsoft will roll out this feature to Office Insiders in the near future, so keep an eye on the latest Office builds. RELATED STORIES YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT:
