Brad Sams from Thurrott.com recently let loose details of Redstone 3 and Project Neon, revealing a few fluid UI animations and some parallax effects. However, these are just early concepts, meaning there is no certainty these features will launch in the final version. Other concepts include an artist icon in the Groove app along with an icon for OneDrive’s  placeholders. Over the past couple of months, several leaks related to Redstone 3 have also come out. Although it is too early to expect which features will ship with the final release, previous leaks suggest Microsoft is heading in the right direction with Project NEON. In March, the Redmond giant even teased some of the user interface components for the Groove and Movies & TV apps. While Windows 10 is nearly three years old now, the operating system’s design elements remain frustratingly inconsistent despite the many tweaks it has received since its inception. It’s about time Microsoft addresses this concern, and Redstone 3 may be the answer.
