Fixes

Build 19608 brings the following solutions:

You can now seamlessly move Sticky Notes windows. For some users, language packs would fail to install on the previous build. Some sections of the user interface would not display in the user’s preferred language as a result. This problem is no more. The Task Manager will now be displaying the correct icon for Microsoft Edge Canary. If you open the Snip & Sketch App via pen click, it will be launching on top of all Windows as expected. Microsoft has corrected a problem where the slider volume control (flyout) on the Taskbar moved in the opposite direction of the pressed arrow key. The Windows Update history page will be loading more smoothly.

Acknowledged problems

Microsoft also listed multiple issues it is yet to fix. For example, some insiders are reporting that the process of updating to a recent Windows 10 build is hanging for longer than usual. As the company looks into the problem, there are practical fixes you may try if your Windows 10 update keeps hanging.
