Many users are already rolling back to their previous OS in order to be able to use their phones again, while others are desperately looking for a fix to help them solve the bugs they encountered. Speaking of bugs, many Windows phone users are complaining the Mobile Anniversary Update breaks phone touch, leaving their terminals completely unresponsive.

Phone touch remains unresponsive after  Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update

It appears that this touch issue is prevalent for BLU Win JR LTE phones, and is caused by inadequate screen resolution values. The Anniversary Update screen resolution is bigger than the standard 480X854 value for these phone models. For the time being, BLU phone owners have no other choice but to remain on Windows Phone 8.1. Those who have already upgraded their terminals, should now use the Windows Device Recovery Tool and downgrade to their previous OS. This is not the first time when BLU Win JR LTE users encounter serious functional issues when trying to install the latest Windows updates. From December 2015 onward, many Insiders using BLU Win JR LTE phones  have constantly been reporting various issues after installing Windows 10 on their terminals, but their desperate calls have remained unanswered to this day.
